Applicability

These policies apply to all customers, transactions, and vehicle sales conducted through either dealership
location:

Deposit Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits

• All deposits placed to hold or reserve a vehicle are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by
  dealership management.
• Deposits may be transferred to a different vehicle only with management approval and within 5 business
  days of the original deposit date.

Deposit Application

• Deposits will be applied toward the final purchase price upon completion of sale.
• Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit
  and vehicle availability to other customers.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash, certified funds, debit/credit card, or other approved electronic methods.
• All card deposits are subject to standard processing fees (if applicable).

Warranty & GAP Coverage Policy

Warranty Coverage

• Unless stated otherwise in writing, all vehicles are sold “AS-IS.”
• Optional aftermarket warranties may be available for purchase at an additional cost.
• Warranties are administered by third-party providers; all claims, repairs, or disputes must be filed
  directly with the warranty company.

GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) Coverage

• GAP coverage protects against financial loss in the event of a total loss.
• GAP contracts are provided by third-party companies, not Just Whips Inc or Just Whips 2 Inc.
• Once the GAP policy is active and registered, it is non-refundable unless canceled within the
  company’s grace period (usually 30–60 days).

Warranty & GAP Refunds

• Refunds, if eligible, are subject to a 50% return fee of the remaining prorated amount as outlined by the third-party provider.
• Any applicable refunds will be processed by the third-party provider directly, and the dealership may
  assist with cancellation requests but does not issue direct payments.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

• Once a vehicle has been purchased, titled, or delivered, all sales are final.
• Vehicles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery unless explicitly authorized by
  management in writing.

Warranty-Related Returns

• Warranty claims or repair requests must be submitted directly through the warranty provider.
• The dealership does not guarantee approval or reimbursement of any third-party warranty claims.

Financing Disclaimer

• All financing is subject to lender approval.
• Rates, terms, and down payment requirements vary based on creditworthiness and lender guidelines.
• The dealership does not guarantee financing approval or outcomes.

Customer Acknowledgment

By engaging in any transaction with Just Whips Inc or Just Whips 2 Inc, customers acknowledge they
have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above, including deposit, warranty, GAP, and
return terms.
